WEST COVER WORLDWIDE LIMITED WARRANTY
WEST COVERí»s warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below: MAXRA CORPORATION (dba í░WEST COVERí▒) warrants the new product purchased against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of original purchase; however, WEST COVER does not warrant any of the repair jobs. If a defect exists, as its option WEST COVER will (1) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished fabrics or hardware, (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used fabrics or hardware and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or (3) refund the purchase price of product. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original new product or forty-five (45) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a product or hardware is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes WEST COVERí»s property. When a refund is given, your product becomes WEST COVERí»s property.
OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE
Delivering the product to WEST COVER and returning the product back to you is at your expense, to any WEST COVERí»s Authorized Service Center. Please contact the WEST COVER directly to find out the location near you. To locate an WEST COVER Service Center refer to the service and support, visit our web site at http://www.wcover.com/ When you contact the WEST COVER Authorized Service Center, you will be asked to furnish your name, address, telephone number, and proof of the original purchase (receipt) containing a description of the product(s), purchase date, and the appropriate WEST COVER serial number(s).
Note: Before you deliver your product for warranty service, it is your full responsibility to keep the dimension, the current condition of the product, back up information or a back up necessary copy item. WEST COVER is not responsible for any product that may be lost or damaged during transit or a repair. WEST COVER does not guarantee the time of repair or exchange, you are delivering the products for warranty service with acknowledgement of the non-guaranteed duration of the repair time or exchange time.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
This Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by or for WEST COVER that can be identified by the í░WEST COVERí▒ trademark, trade name, serial number(s) or logo affixed to them. The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-WEST COVER product or WEST COVERí»s services: Laundry and Cleaning, Repair.
This warranty does not apply: (a) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or non-WEST COVER products; (b) to damage caused by service (including upgrades, expansions) performed by anyone who is not a WEST COVER Authorized Service Center; (c) to a product or a part that has been modified without the written permission of WEST COVER; or (d) if any WEST COVER serial number has been removed or defaced, or cannot be identified. (e) to a product or part has been used up; (f) to a product damaged or color faded due to any natural or environment causes.
THIS WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WEST COVER SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF APPLE CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. No WEST COVER reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.
WEST COVER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, DOWNTIME, GOODWILL, DAMAGE TO OR REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCT AND PROPERTY. WEST COVER SPECIFICALLY DOES NOT REPRESENT THAT IT WILL BE ABLE TO REPAIR ANY PRODUCT UNDER THIS WARRANTY.
