FIXURES Definition of Kiosk A small structure with one or more open sides that is used to vend merchandise (as newspapers) or services (as film developing) and sometimes a small stand-alone device providing information and services on a computer screen
Definition of RMU (Retail Merchandise Unit) A small structure with one or more open sides that is used to vend merchandise in an air-open area, glass displays, or on a shelf. It is a small stand alone unit in the middle, or in the corner of the corridors at the shopping centers or outlet malls. It is usually smaller than a kiosk.
Display Unit (Showcase) A cabinet or shelve made with all glass panels or partial glass panel.
Tower Cabinet (Showcase) A cabinet looks like tower-shaped, usually with glass panels.
FABRICS - TYPES Polyester The polyester fabric is widely used in various applications. It is so popular like wrinkle resistance and springing back into its smooth shape. The polyester fabric is very strong and soft as well. The polyester fabric can also be mixed with other fabrics to make a strong and durable.
Nylon Nylon is yet another form of synthetic fibers. Fabric nylon fiber is used in variety of uses like clothing, sheets, covers, and many others. Nylon fabric has a strong ability of stretchiness. Nylon fabrics are easy to maintain as gets cleaned and dried with ease.
Taffeta Taffeta fabric is a crisp, soft and smooth plain woven fabric which with its slight sheen manufactured out of different fibers like rayon, silk or nylon.
Polypropylene Polypropylene fabric basically consists of hydrophobic which resigns any moisture in fabric and pushes the moisture vapor away.
FABRICS - WEAVES Plain Weave Most simple and most common type of construction Inexpensive to produce, durable, Flat, tight surface is conducive to printing and other finishes. Each weft yarn goes alternately over and under one warp yarn. Each warp yarn goes alternately over and under each weft yarn.
Rip Resistant or Rip Stop Weave Rip-Resistant Weaving. The filling yarns are larger in diameter than the warp yarns. A rip weave produces fabrics in which fewer yarns per square centimeter are visible on the surface.
Matt Weave or Basket Weave The filling yarns are larger in diameter than the warp yarns. A rib weave produces fabrics in which fewer yarns per square centimeter are visible on the surface.
FABRICS - HOW TO WEIGH Weight of the fabrics The weight of the fabric is usually decided by the terms of GSM (Grams per Square Meter) or ounces per square yard.
FABRICS - FLAME RESISTANT OR FIRE RETARDANT Flame resistant fabric is used in variety of apparel and many others like curtains, sheets and many more. The flame resistant fabric is composed of chemicals and other components that make it easily hold in any amount of heat and flame. Also, does not loose the glaze or the quality level for a longer period of time.

PADLOCKS Padlocks are portable locks used to protect against theft, vandalism, sabotage, espionage, unauthorized use, and harm. They are designed to protect against some degree of forced and surreptitious entry.
Brass Padlocks The body of the padlock is usually with brass and sometimes the cylinder is made with brass, too.
Laminated Padlocks The entire stack of plates, loaded with the lock parts in it, was riveted together. This padlock was popular for its low cost and an impact-resistant laminated plate design.
Iron Padlocks The entire body, cylinder, shackle are all made with iron. This is the most economical padlock.
Combination Padlocks Combination padlocks do not use keys. Instead, the lock opens when its wheels are lined up correctly to display the correct combination.
